Farmers names, logos, marks, and related brand assets are owned by their respective owners and are used only as permitted.
Independent Farmers agency owners are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, joint venturers, or legal representatives of District 46. Any insurance product or service may be offered through properly licensed and appointed insurance professionals, subject to applicable requirements.
3. Independent Contractor Acknowledgment
Agency ownership opportunities are independent contractor business opportunities. Agency owners are not employees, partners, joint venturers, franchisees, or legal representatives of District 46.
Nothing on this Site should be interpreted as a guarantee of: income; earnings; profitability; appointment approval; business success; sales results; bonus eligibility; acquisition approval; or long-term contract status.
