Carl Prieto
District Manager
Carl Prieto has almost 15 years of experience with Farmers as a Telemarketer, Agency Producer, Agency Business Consultant and District Manager. Carl loves working with agency team members because he knows that the team members are the “hidden” agency force.
Martin Martinez
Agency Business Consultant
Martin Martinez has over 3 years of experience at Farmers as a Protege Graduate, Agency Business Consultant, and Agency Owner. Martin actively coaches new and tenured agents as they build and strengthen their agencies. As well as training and coaching agency team members.
Thomas Leger
District Training Manager
Thomas Leger is responsible for the creation of new training content and facilitating training across all functions of the district. He is hands on in training and orientation for all new agency owners and team members. Tom is also our District 46 Agency Zoom resident expert as well.
Glen Prieto
Agency Development Manager
Glen Prieto is our District 46 Agency Development Manager and Recruiter. Glen assists with interviewing new potential agency owners, proteges and agency team members. Glen also does some agency business consultant work with a small group of agency owners.
Emerson Diaz
Agency Team Recruiting Coordinator
Emerson assists in scheduling appointments for our District 46 monthly recruiting day and vetting candidates to connect to our District 46 agency owners.
Ricardo Crespin
Agency Team Recruiting Coordinator
As a recruiter, Ricardo also assists in putting together pools of agency team member candidates and vets candidates to connect to agency owners across District 46.
